INTERESTING CEREMONY
GREAT SEAL FOR IRELAND PRESENTATION AT SANDRINGHAM. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 19. There was a historic- ceremony at Sandringham when His Majesty the King received Mr John W. Dulanty, High Commissioner for the Irish Free State, and handed_ him a great seal of solid silver bearing a harp on one side and the head of the King on the other. Their Majesties afterwards gave a luncheon to Mr Dulanty, who has gone to Ireland to-day with the seal. The Irish Free State is the first of the dominions to exercise the right to possess a great seal, which was constituted at the last Imperial Conference.
