CYCLING ON FOOTPATHS.
TO THE EDITOR, Sir,—Can anything be done to stop cycling on the footlipath in I orbury road, St. Clair? It is absolutely dangerous to send a child a short distance on a message. Old people also suffer. I have tried to get cyclists’ numbers, but they are gone in a flash. —I am, etC '’ E.H. January 20.
