NORTH ISLAND TOURNAMENT [Per United Fx»( Association.] PALMERSTON N., January 12. The games in the North _ Island Croquet Tournament were finalised today . Results;— Handicap Doubles.—Mesdames E. Simpson (Takaro) and Usmar (Takaro) beat Mesdames Walker (Wellington) and Langford (Northern), 26—15. Ladies’ Championship Singles,—First life: Mrs Anstis (Takaro) beat Mrs Watkins (Hastings), 26—24. Second life; Mrs Caldow (Wellington) beat Mrs Anstis, 26—20. Open Championship.—Mrs Tiffeny (Napier) heat W. F. Robertson (Manawatu), 26—22, 26—23.
