BOMB ON VERANDAH
OUTRAGE IN MELBOURNE WHOLE FRONT OF HOUSE SHATTERED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, January 12. (Received January 12, at 10.15 a.m.) A bomb placed on the front verandah of the home of Mr Adolph Jacobsen exploded and shattered the whole front of the house. Mr Jacobson was cut about the face and head. He considers it a deliberate attempt on his life, and asserts that only a miracle saved him. Ho had previously received a warning.
