The Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald), who is still at Lossiemouth, where, even over the Christinas holidays, much of his time was oecu« pied with State business, upon which lie was in contact by telephone with Downing Street. He motored this morning about twenty-five miles to a neighbouring golf _ course, but ho was unable to play owing to snow.
