RACING TO BE RESUMED

WASHINGTON, December 20. (Received December 30, at 10 a.m.) A report from Agua Caliente states that following a conference an agreement has reached for lowering taxation, and racing will be resumed on January 1. Tho programme will be continued until the closing date, March 27. “Wo are now in a better financial condition, and will be able to resume our schedule,” Mr Crofton said.
