CLOUDBURST IN LOS ANGELES STREETS LIKE RIVERS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright'* VANCOUVER, December 26. A cloudburst swept Los Angeles, and a heavy wind wrecked garages, unroofed buildings, and uprooted trees. Rain turned the streets of. the suburb of Culver City into veritable rivers two feet deep, and the city of Longbeach was inundated. At a street corner in Los Angeles a' flood washed out poles, and live wires fell spluttering into the street, two occupants of a motor car being killed.
