(Received December 23, at noon-) The Burma Pound Table Conference discussed the question of domicile and citizenship in relation to the franchise, and the committee stage of the conferencel has concluded.
The conference adjourned until January 4. Meantime the chairman (Lord Peel), will prepare a report for presentation to the conference.
