LONDON, December 21, Lord Beaverbrook, in the ‘ Daily Express,’ outlines six essential points of policy to save Britain and the Empire, as follows: 1. Agricultural protection. 2. Industrial protection. 3. The Crown colonies and dependencies to bo brought into a Customs Union with Britain. 4. He would not waste time over quotas, nor bargain with, or impose conditions on, the dominions, which should be given the full benefits of Empire Freetrado in the British market, and Britain should take what they are willing to give. 5. Economic conditions in India should be alleviated, thus _ destroying the atmosphere in which political agitation thrives. *
6. The shipping traffic of the Empire should bo carried in Empire bottoms.
