/ GOVERNMENT AND COMPANY TRANSFER TERMS GO TO ARBITRATION [Special to the ‘ Stas.’] WELLINGTON, December 21. The negotiations between the Government and the Radio Broadcasting Company regarding the terms for the acquisition of the company’s stations and equipment have reached a stage at which it has been decided to refer the matter to arbitration, in accordance with the terms of the Broadcasting Act, in view of failure to mutually agree upon the figure for purchase of the company’s assets.
