MAN KILLS PASSER-BY A BERLIN TRAGEDY. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrigh®, BERLIN, August 4. Leaping from a third floor window in' Berlin after a quarrel with his sweetheart, a man fell upon and killed a passer-by. He himself escaped death* but suffered injuries.
