, WASHINGTON, February 10. (Received February 17 ab 1.30 p.m.) Representative M'lvcown (Democratic, Oklahoma), arguing for the limitation of petroleum imports before the House Ways and Means Committee at the oil hearing to-day, said; “ The Prince of Wales rode 100 miles across Peru to visit .the English oil camp, Avhich is producing 7,000 barrels a day. He is reported as having said that he was disgusted because he found that they were using so much United Slates machinery. Yet the Dutch Shell —a British controlled company—had 1,000 miles of steel pipe and products in Oklahoma brought from Belgium and other European countries.”
