WOMEN'S DIVISION OF THE FARMERS' UNION
The half-yearly meeting of the Dominion Executive of tho Women’s Division, New Zealand Farmers’ Union, will be held next week in Dunedin. Some fifty or more delegates will bo hero from all parts of tho dominion on January 15 and 16 ; when the meetings will bo held. It is expected that all day Thursday and Friday morning will be spent on business of the executive. The Otago Provincial Executive is arranging for the entertainment of delegates during their stay here. A reception on Thursday night in tho Otago Women’s Club, a tour .round the city, and a visit to tho Homo Science Extension Department, Otago University, followed by a garden party in the grounds of Upper Stndholme House, are amongst plans made. Tho Otago Provincial. Executive of the Women’s Division will entertain all members of tho executive on Thursday evening, and Professor Strong will bo tho hostess on Friday afternoon.
