The ecu'oner decided that Kennedy was of unsound mind when he killed Constables Allen and Andrews on Saturday, and that Constable Johnson was instilled in shooting Kennedy. The coroner expressed the highest appreciation of the heroism of tho dead policemen. Ho said ho hoped that tiro Police Department would provide appropriate posthumous awards lor their next of kin, and that Johnson would bo rewarded in some manner for his timely action.
