STORM IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA MUCH DESTRUCTION WROUGHT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PERTH, December 13. (Received December 13, at noon.) The country districts experienced tho worst hail and rain storm in history. Woigan Hills an area a mile wide and thirty-five miles long was devastated. Six thousand acres of crop were destroyed. The drivers of teams were battered by the hail, which was 4ft deep at Mount Rupert. Pigs, rabbits, and poultry were killed, and tho roads were like rivers.
