CONCLUDING PERFORMANCE His Majesty's Theatre was packed to the doors on Saturday night when ‘ Thu Hello of New York ’ was presented for tho last time this season. The audience was a most enthusiastic one, and the hurst of applause at tho final ringing down of tho curtain had to bo interrupted by tho orchestra playing tho National Anthem, in the singing of which both tho company and tho audience joined. Dunedin lias seldom been treated to such a splendid performance as that given by Mr Leslie Holland, Miss llomohi. Hanson, and the. excellent supporting company, and (he hearty applause that greeted every item was spontaneous and well deserved. The company left for Invercargill this morning, and will travel to Timam by special train to play there on Wednesday.
