Lord Kylsant has been granted leave of absence by the court of directors of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company and by the boards of its associated companies. He will i isit South Africa early 111 the new year, and will bo away for several months. Mr Walter Runciman has been appointed deputy chairman of the shipping companies of which Lord Kylsant is chairman. He states that he has no intention oi relinquishing his parliamentary duties.
