OBESTION OF CONDITIONS (British Official Wireleii.) Preso Anoeiation—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, November 26. Mr Frederick Montague (Under-Sec-retary of State for Air) was asked whether, regarding next year’s Sohnei der Trophy Race, tho condition attaching to tho loan of supermarine S 6 and Gloster-Napier seaplanes could be removed, thus allowing Royal Air Force officers to participate in the contest. Mr Montague said he understood that the International Aeronautical Federation would meet early next month tl> discuss certain outstanding questions regarding the _ race. Arrangements had been provisionally made for a meeting after that date between the Air Ministry and the Royal Aeronautical Club. In the meantime be could not make any announcement.
