TJio cattle wandering nuisance was before the Mosgiel Borough Council last night, when the ranger reported that ho had been called upon repeatedly during the month to impound cattle grazing in Green street. The owner always drove them inside when he approached, lie asked for instructions. Resolved that the ranger report on .offenders and the dates of the offences, with a.view, to prosecution.
