FATAL CRASHES Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 4. (Received November 5, at 10.30 a.m.) Making the sixtieth death in Royal Air Force plane accidents in 1930, a pilot was killed instantly when his machine crashed at Ingatestonc (Essex), tail first. Earlier in the day Fiying-oflicer Goad and Sergeant Roberts were killed, when a bomber crashed at Mansion (Dorset). Aircraftman Edwards who was sitting in _ the tail jumped out. tic was not injured. A British pilot named Chapman, while demonstrating at Courtrai (France) crashed, and was killed.
