BIENNIAL CONFERENCE TO BE HELD AT OTTAWA. Pi css Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, November 3. That the biennial conference of the British Empire Service League will be held here in August next is announced by Lieutenant-colonel L. R. La Fleche, the dominion president of the Canadian Legion, who states that Canadas invitation to hold the conference here has been accepted. Representatives from all the returned soldiers’ organisations of the Empire will be present, and they will be led, by Earl Jellicoe.
