The new 10,000-ton cruiser Dorsetshire is being commissioned at Portsmouth to-day to replace the Frobisher in the second cruiser squadron of the Atlantic Fleet. All of the thirteen 10,000-ton cruisers allowed to Britain under the London Naval Treaty have now passed into the service. Of the same general design, they differ in detail.
