—— THE DISSOLVED PARLIAMENT TWENTY-TWO MEMBERS ARRESTED, Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WARSAW, September 10. (Received September 11, at 10.30 a.m.) With a characteristic Pilsudski touch twenty-two members of the dissolved Parliament were suddenly arrested, including the ex-Prime Minister (M. Wites) and an ex-Cabinet member (Bariicki). This is supposed to be a sequel to the recent decision of tho Oppositionists to make common cause, against Marshal Piludski, who is nervous as the result of the impending elections. It it rumoured'that 120 places have been prepared at tho Brostiltovsk Gaol tor Opposition parliamentarians.
