Mr R. S. Black (Mayor Dunedin)’ and Mr M. C. Henderson (electrical engineer) left this morning for Wellington. They expect to return almost at once. Miss G. Brown and -Messrs P. Calev, L. S. Gandy, R. W. Morgan, and J i d.Wilson. (Wellington) arc recent arrivals at the Grand Hotel. The Rev. A. W. C. Stace, at present locum teneus to Archdeacon Russell at Oamaru, has been appointed vicar of the Hampden-Maheno parochial district. Among the guests at the Excelsior:,, . ’ Hotel are Hr J. W.
