ITALIANS ARRESTED
PLOT DISCOVERED IN PARIS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, December 31. (Received January 2, at 1.30 a.m.) Three Italians were arrested on a charge of being in possession of explosives and allegedly working in connection with the notorious Italian anarchist Bernieri, who was arrested at Brussels for plotting against the Italian Minister of Justice. The men, it is believed were planning to bomb the Italian delegation.
