According to a despatch published in tho ‘ Irish Independent,’ tho Dominions Constitutional Conference has decided to exclude from the agenda items proposing to define certain conditions in tho event of Great Britain engaging in war with another Great Power. It was felt that war was now outlawed, and that world affairs had so altered sinco the last Imperial Conference that the whole world was turning from tho thought of war, the Powers reducing armaments and arriving at an understanding. Therefore it was only fitting to make this contribution.
