SCOUTS' CARNIVAL
The carnival organised by the North Dunedin Boy. Scouts to raise building funds was concluded in Pioneers’ Mail last evening, and the organisers are qaile satisfied with the results of the eimrt, which was generously. patronised by the public throughout the three days it was open. The-attendances yesterday afternoon and evening were ' large, amp'a attraction being provided by the side shows and competitions, etc., while the stall-holders had busy periods serving the many buyers. At the evening session a musical programme was presented by , the Waverley Boys’ Band, whcse items were deserving of the hearty applause accorded them.
