Tlio Berlin correspondent of the ‘ Daily Telegraph ' learns that two groat Powers and one lessor Power obtained copies of the Italian secret cypher. cither from or through an official. Subsequently two of tho Powers were intensely annoyed to find that each had paid an exorbitant price for the same secret, and this led to the exposure. Great Britain is not among the Powers concerned. Interest is still displayed concerning tho blonde beauty who is suspected in connection with the disappearance of the code. It ns said that, speaking several languages tlnently, she displayed an obvious preference for tho society ol diplomatists.
