Q.D. AND H.P. INTERESTING DEVELOPMENTS. It is understood that the business public, which some time ago became interested in the working methods of the Quarterly Dividends, Ltd., and National House Purchase, Ltd., will shortly he given an insight into the operations of this concern. The information will probably be forthcoming as the result of legal proceedings which, it is stated, are to be brought against the New Zealand secretary^of Q.D. and ILP. at Invercargill on November 1.
