SWIMMING SPORTS

NORMAL SCHOOL FIXTURE The_ great advancement that is being made in school swimming in Otago was fully exemplified at the Municipal Baths last evening when the Normal District High School held its annual sports events. The attendance was fairly large, and a great deal of enthusiasm was manifested in all the races. The programme was a varied one, and included races for both boys and girls. A feature of the evening was an exhibition of fancy swimming and stunts by Mr P. Mathieson. supervisor at the baths.
