Negotiations for the erection of a sixty-five-story building here, at a cost of 50,000,000 dollars, have been concluded by the French Government. Tho structure will be called the Palais de France, and will serve as the French cultural, industrial, and commercial centre for America. It will be one of the largest buildings in the world, covering 1 a city square.—Australian Press Association.
