LECKIE’S FIRST APPEARANCE
Johnny Leckic, who is nb present holidaying at Grey town) in the Wairarapa, is to make his first reappearance in New Zealand at Dunedin on August 23, when he will be opposed by the winner of the contest between Sammy-’Shack and Bobby Delaney. This was decided at last night’s meeting of the Otago Boxing Association. Leckic, who is under contract to the 0.8. A. to appear in three contests, will probably return to Dpnedin in a few days.
