QUESTION CF MINORITIES COMMITTEE'S RECOMMEND ATIONS. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. MADRID, June 7. The committee of three recommends; —First, that the council itself cannot undertake the supervision of minorities ; second, the sessions of the committee of three, which considers the minorities questions, cannot bo made public; third, the representatives of States interested in minority questions cannot be allowed te participate in the sessions ; fourth, the size of the present committee cannot ho greatly increased. The whole of these recommendations are contrary to German demands and hopes.—Australian Press Association.
