The wind was in the .same quarter, but gusty, when the Templeton Match, of ten shots at 700yds, was fired. The dust made the scoring low. Roots (New Zealand) made a fine shoot, opening with an outer and finishing with nine bulls lor 47. He won the match and £lO.
