LONDON, January 31. .The ‘ Daily News ’ understands that the engagement of the Duke of Gloucester to Lady Angela Scott, the youngest of the Duke of Buccleugh’s five daughters, will be officially announced when the King has recovered. Lady Angela is h pretty brunette of tweitiy-three, and is one of the bestliked among the younger set. Like the Duke, she loves the healthy, openair life, and is a good rider to hounds. —United Service.
