(Received November 26, at 1.30 p.m.) Armed men, well concealed in a speci-ally-constructed motor van, are leaving London to collect. £5,000,000 worth of pictures from public galleries and private collections in England and Scotland for an exhibition of Dutch masters at Barrington House in January. . The motor van is fitted with special springs and padded cases for each of tuc 300 pictures. There will be armed guards, including local police, day and night.,
