OTAGO CLUB. A mixed foursome competition vas played on Ralrnacewen Links on Saturday afternoon. Ideal weather conditions prevailed, and the course was in splendid order. Tho winners proved to be C. T. Irvine and Airs Rattray, with an excellent score of 4 up. borty-two couples competed, and tho best scores were;—C. T. Irvino and Mrs Rattray,, 9. -1 up; O. H. Burns and Mrs Gamble, li. 3 up; 11. D. Stronaeh and Mrs Callender, 9, all square; R. IV. Dick and Airs Barron. 9, all square; 11. L. Cook and Miss Steele, 19, all square; F. 1. Dawson and Aliss Finch, 19, all square; G. Gibson and Airs Scott, 1?, all square; J. Spence and Airs Gibson, 9,1, clown'; Air and Airs J. R. Lemon, 9, 1. down; J. S. Altmro and Aliss VV. Johnstone, 9, 1 down.
