Evidence of idcntificatioa was given by deceased’s brother Alexander Murdoch, and Jh Evans testified as to the treatment given deceased after his arrest. A verdict in accordance with the medical evidence that death -was duo to sudden heart failure resulting from ccrrposis of tho liver and kidneys, was returned. TO TRY COOK STRAIT.
