Tho directors of General Motors met after the Stock Exchange closed, and voted an extra stock dividend, smng tho stockholders two and a-halt shares each for each share now held. Ihey also declared an extra dividend of two and a-half dollars on common stocks. It is expected that now stock, in the two and a-half split up, ■will h© placed on a three dollars annual basis, which w ‘iU ho equivalent to seven and a-half dollars on the old stock. The directors aLo declared regular dividends on common stock of a dollar and a-quarter pe v. share, ami tho regular dividend on senior stock.
