Further .droits'would bo made towards co-ordi-nating Federal and States functions with tho object of eilecting still greater economies and efficiency. Dr Pago claimed that the six years’ record of achievement lur the BruceI’ago composite Government had substantially improved the position of tho country man, and bad altered the whole, outlook of the country’s development.
