ST. KILDA BAND AND CHOIR
At the. Princess Theatre to-morrow night tho St, Kilda Band, assisted by tho choir and prominent Dunedin artists, will give its fortnightly concert. Miss Stewart will sing ‘ The Swallows ’ and Mr F. C. Cooper * The Riderless Steed.’ Master Duncan Todd will give a recitation. The band is fortunate in having secured the help of tho Octagon Orchestra trio—B. L. H. Do Rose (violin), T. Y. Lusk Ccello), and Chas. A. Martin (pianist) —who will play the fantasia ‘ Samson et Delila.’ The uand choir will be heard in the hymn * Nearer, My God, To Thee,’ with band accompaniment, and also the part song ‘ Land of Long Ago.’ The band will play the favourite ‘ Marifana ’ selection and Rimmer’a fine arrangement of 1 Musical Fragments.’
