TO THE EDITOK Sir,—Observer ” lias made an awful hash of cooked figures regarding Prohibition in America,_but perhaps he would-he‘more capable in dealing with the liquor question a Utile nearer home. J am desirous of hearing “ Observer’s ” euro for preventing drunken motorists appearing »n the roads; and what would be the most effective way to prevent alcohol vendors from extracting money and serving people with drink when they are already drunk.
