MYSTERIOUS MURDER
SHOT FIRED THROUGH WINDOW MOTIVE NOT DISCLOSED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEWCASTLE, June 16. (Received Juno 16, at 10 a.m.) A mysterious murder took place near Stockton in the vicinity of the shipwreck of the White Bay and the Uralla. Richard Moxey, aged thirty-four, was shot dead while adjusting his radio set. The murderer fired through the window in the darkness, and then decamped. The motive lias not been disclosed. Moxcy’s wife and a youth named Arthur Fullartou were in the room when the shot was fired.
The police expect to make an arrest to-day.
