To discharge West of England cargo the Federal steamer Norfolk arrived this afternoon from Liverpool via Northern [sorts, and was berthed at Port Chalmers. • After loading her cargo at tho Most of England ports, tho Norfolk cleared Liverpool on April 14 via Panama for New Zealand.
