For the close of the first' round of senior matches the attraction will be the match at Carisbrook between tho Alhambra and Pirates Both Hi esc. teams are developing into good sides and are amongst the leading teams, and a closely contested game should bo witnessed. As .a curtain raiser tho fourth grade match Alhambra v. Dunedin should also provide an interesting exhibition. A good game should bo witnessed at Taliuua Park between Ziugari and ’Varsity A. Tho University can be relied on to provide an attractive exhibition of the Rugby code, while Zingari also play bright, open lootball. At Bishopscourt tho Kaikorni will meet Dunedin. At Bathgate Park Taicri will meet Southern, and a closely contested game should also be witnessed between these two teams, while a good game should also he seen on the North Ground between Union and 'Varsity B. Official guides will lie on sale as advertised.
