Reports from Peking indicate that the situation is grave, and pregnant with disastrous possibilities as a result of further treachery by Feng Yu-hsiang. Poking is occupied by Shansi troops, bub it is surrounded by Feng’s troops, who outnumber the Shausi-itcs by two to one.
