Following are the civil cases set down for hearing;— Rennie Gray Lockhart, jun., v. Robert Gray Lockhart, sen.—Claim, £442 10s, wages due. Plaintiff’s solicitor, Mr J. 13. Batchelor (Christchurch); defendant’s solicitor, Messrs Reid and Rutherford. Otago Farmers’ Co-operative Association of New Zealand, Ltd. v. Arthur Blowers and Caroline Mary Blowers.— Claim, £904 15s Id, damages. Plaintiffs’ solicitors, Messrs Brasch and Thompson; defendant’s solicitor, Mr J. Wilkinson. Margaret Curscy v. Charles Gamble. —Claim, £4OO damages and £ll2 10s mesne profits. Plaintiff’s solicitors, Messrs Sinclair and Baylee; defendant’s solicitor, Mr W. G. Hay. ' ’ ' John Arthur Brown v. A. and T. Burt, Ltd.—Claim for injunction to restrain the defendants from manufacturing cisterns made according to letters patent held by plaintiff; for damages, £looj for infringement of the said patent; and for delivery to plaintiff of all such cisterns in the possession of the defendants. Ernest 0. Necs (trading as the Commercial Investment and Discount Co., of Dunedin) v. Charles Botting.—Claim, £550, principal and interest/due on a promissory note. Plaintiff's solicitors, Messrs Solomon, Gascoigne, Sinclair, and Solomon; defendant's solicitors, Messrs Smith and Lousley. Esther Eliza Ellis and Bruce Errington Burns v. Donald Hutcheon.—Claim for possession of premises known as the Victoria Hotel, Dunedin. Plaintiffs solicitors, Messrs Irwin and Irwin.
