An accident involving three motor cars occurred yesterday .afternoon in the .Taita. Gorge, Wellington. A service‘ear carrying eight passengers collided'with a touring car driven by Mr T. Douglas, Masterton. The latter vehicle then swerved across the road and was struck by a light closed car driven by Mr H. Marshall, of the Provincial Hotel, Upper Hutt. Mr Marshall’s car then crashed into a telegraph post. Several of the occur pabts of the various vehicles were cut and -? 'brnised, but none was seriously hurt.- '■■Xhe road was littered with glass, and ajl the vehicles suffered more or less damage.
