At the wool sales, competition was very keen for all grades of wool, and the level of values was par to 5 per cent, above last week’s rates for all except super wools, which were firm and unchanged. Come-backs and crossbreds wore very firm at late, rates. Greasy merino sold at 34id. V: ; METAL MARKET, ' LONDON, January 30. Copper.—Spot, £64 14s 41 cl; forward, £62 3s lid.
