BOAT RACE POSTPONED
The eight-oared boat race which was arranged” to take plate on the harbor last night was postponed on account of rough water. It was hoped to hold tho event to-night, but this afternoon the water' was again unfavorable and showed no sign of being calm lor tonight. Tho rate is now arranged for 6 o’clock on Thursday night.
